Digital files are delivered via email or secure link. Delivery time depends on project scope and is discussed during ordering.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • If the client cancels the project before any draft or concept is delivered.
  • If KeroKero Design is unable to fulfill the project due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds will not be granted:

  • After a draft or design concept has been shared.
  • After final files have been delivered.
  • For subjective dissatisfaction once the agreed design has been delivered.

Partial refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of KeroKero Design.
